Scheduled programmes are delivered online and listed under Upcoming Training. Tailored online or on-site training and workshops for individuals or teams can be discussed separately through an enquiry or email.
Digital resources included. Relevant manuals or course notes and practice exercises are provided so participants can revisit the learning, apply it and check their understanding.
Assessment & certificates. Training includes an assessment. Participants who meet the required competence standard receive a YOLZ™ Certificate of Competence; those who do not meet it receive a Certificate of Attendance and may choose to repeat the assessment for an additional fee.
